Peace, what does that mean to us?

What is the 'peace'? State without war, conflict and strife
What should we have attitude and behave for peace?
What should we achieve for peace?

In worldwide any times or nations, war or conflict were always existent because of religions, territory, racial discrimination and regime etc. Because of that, many people were damaged.
In fact, it is not exception in today.
Now, terror, dispute and strife are being happened due to several problems variuos places on the earth.

Indeed, Why do we continuously happen war?
Everybody must realize necessity of peace and convert attitudes, recognitions to peace.
Peace is being accomplished stepwise from our thoughts.

"Mankind must put an end to war, or war will put an end to mankind"
                                                              - John F. Kennedy -

We are not achieve peace alone.
Therefore, we should accomplish peace hand in hand

Peace, it is no longer irrelevant to us.

Wind of peace rises on the worldwide: Movement of Nigerian youths for example

Nigerian youths take lead in peace building for the community

At last October 27th, ‘Discussion on the Action Plan of the HWPL Peace Advocacy Committee’ hosted by IWPG (International Women Peace Group) and IPYG (International Peace Youth Group) was held at Kano Hospital Digital Conference Hall in Kano, Nigeria. About 20 representative members in the ‘Patriotic Youth Organisation of Nigeria’ (PYON) and around 30 audiences attended this seminar and devised practical plans for supporting the DPCW (Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War) and advocating the ‘Implementation of the International Law’ for peace. The PYON is a cooperating group with HWPL for peace activities in Nigeria, whose membership has reached 20, 000. It has diverse field members, including professors, lawyers, and journalists. It has tried to make their community a better place for Nigerians to live.

At the DPCW by the global community through the global peace summit, held in Republic of Korea, named the World Alliance of Religions’ Peace (WARP) Summit, PYON chairman, AbdulAziz Seymour Omololu delivered a speech, where he highlighted the importance of civil society’s role in raising public awareness and collective action for peace-building projects.

He said: “I’d like to introduce the 2nd Annual Commemoration of the WARP Summit and explain the Strategy Road map of the DPCW, and its action plan. And we will discuss how we drive the national support for it. We will decide how we collaborate and precede signature campaigns, as a way of support.”

After watching the video, Mr. Adam Sa’id, Vice president of PYON, said: “I was very excited by the audience reaction, which showed that they really understood what the DPCW is all about and their readiness to give their contribution of developing and making it a legally binding document. I also felt extremely happy to see that the audience was really impressed with the letter from the chairman of HWPL, Man Hee Lee.”

The DPCW was drafted with the intent of promoting the respect of fundamental human rights and an international law, and of further involving States in the active protection of those rights.

As a part of action plan, currently, ‘Discussion on the Action Plan of the HWPL Peace Advocacy Committee’ is the first step in realisation of peace in Nigeria.

In this regard, HWPL Peace Advocacy Committee in Kano State also holds monthly discussion to examine the results of their activities and to attain 20,000 signatures for supporting the DPCW. Nigeria takes one step forward to the real peace and is ready to propel drawing Nigerians’ attention on it with this discussion.

Although people of world didn 't significantly consider at beginning, someday peace would arrive for sure on the worldwide!

Will and continuous activity of HWPL to achieve peace on earth

Conference in support of HWPL's work for Peace and Cessation of War

SEOUL, Nov 28: A conference aimed at advocating for the implementation of an international legal document compatible with the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW) was convened by Heavenly Culture, World Peace, and Restoration of Light (HWPL) on Thursday in Coex Auditorium. Korean political officials, religious leaders, press, and citizens, a total of 1,000 people, gathered to demonstrate the urgency with which a legally binding document based on the principles of the DPCW must be implemented.

HWPL Chairman Man Hee Lee emphasized that the work of peace can no longer be put off and that the leaders must take action beyond mere lip service.

“Although we pass down something valuable to the next generations, would it really be an eternal legacy? Only when we pass on to successive generations an invaluable inheritance of a world free of wars, will we meet our responsibilities as leaders, citizens, and people of today. The international community has to acknowledge what is delineated in the DPCW and then modify and develop the current international legal systems.”

The advocacy conference sought to demonstrate how to remedy disparities caused by war and war-like activities throughout the world, and it also showed the concrete efforts and interests of participants in creating an environment for peace-building.

Chairwoman Nam Hee Kim of the International Women’s Peace Group (IWPG) said that women’s leadership and participation improves the likelihood of the success of the global peace process.

“Sustainable peace is yet being waited for. What can explain this? That is because peace is not something that can be achieved by the authority or power of politicians or noble men. However, despite many obstacles, the work of peace must be done. IWPG gathers the 3.6 billion women of the world and actively works for the Declaration to be adopted by the UN. This legal framework will become a fundamental enforceable law for the generations to come.”

Eight panelists representing government, civil society, university, and faith-based organizations each spoke respectively about their explicit support for the Declaration and urged that the leaders at all levels should cooperate with HWPL’s work for peace and cessation of war.

Yu-Hyuk Kim, tenured emeritus professor of Dan-Kuk University said, “Why is it that the globe sounds the same pitch in spite of the differences in language, skin color, culture, and life style? The only reason is this. We all have the same purpose of achieving the world of peace without wars. In reality, it is to make a better future and ideally, it is to infinitely settle peace and realize the far-reaching universal value of humanity.”

He continued, “This work has been proclaimed by many, but HWPL Chairman, the greatest peace advocate, is beyond the proclamation and always on the move to bring forth peace. Today, this conference serves as a significant platform to urge leaders and citizens to support the implementation of international law inspired by the DPCW and be resolute to work for peace with the peace advocate.”

The 2016 Conference in Support of HWPL's Work for Peace and Cessation of War brought the Korean leaders to the forefront of international peace and security and presented their creative partnerships to inspire the world in the peace-building arena under the banner of the DPCW.

About the rock music: The origins and characteristics

I love highly rock of some music. The reason is because of vivid and lively sensation.
Then, when rock music was originated and what rork music have any characteristics
Let we search about rock music!

Rock music is a genre of popular music that originated as "rock and roll" in the United States in the 1950s, and developed into a range of different styles in the 1960s and later, particularly in the United Kingdom and the United States. It has its roots in 1940s' and 1950s' rock and roll, itself heavily influenced by blues, rhythm and blues and country music. Rock music also drew strongly on a number of other genres such as electric blues and folk, and incorporated influences from jazz, classical and other musical sources.

Musically, rock has centered on the electric guitar, usually as part of a rock group with electric bass guitar and drums. Typically, rock is song-based music usually with a 4/4 time signature using a verse-chorus form, but the genre has become extremely diverse. Like pop music, lyrics often stress romantic love but also address a wide variety of other themes that are frequently social or political in emphasis. The dominance of rock by white, male musicians has been seen as one of the key factors shaping the themes explored in rock music. Rock places a higher degree of emphasis on musicianship, live performance, and an ideology of authenticity than pop music.

The sound of rock is traditionally centered on the amplified electric guitar, which emerged in its modern form in the 1950s with the popularization of rock and roll, and was influenced by the sounds of electric blues guitarists. The sound of an electric guitar in rock music is typically supported by an electric bass guitar, which pioneered in jazz music in the same era, and percussion produced from a drum kit that combines drums and cymbals. This trio of instruments has often been complemented by the inclusion of other instruments, particularly keyboards such as the piano, Hammond organ and synthesizers. The basic rock instrumentation was adapted from the basic blues band instrumentation (prominent lead guitar, second chordal instrument, bass, and drums). A group of musicians performing rock music is termed a rock band or rock group and typically consists of between three–the power trio used in rock, metal and punk rock–and five members. Classically, a rock band takes the form of a quartet whose members cover one or more roles, including vocalist, lead guitarist, rhythm guitarist, bass guitarist, drummer and often that of keyboard player or other instrumentalist.
Rock music is traditionally built on a foundation of simple unsyncopated rhythms in a 4/4 meter, with a repetitive snare drum back beat on beats two and four. Melodies are often derived from older musical modes, including the Dorian and Mixolydian, as well as major and minor modes. Harmonies range from the common triad to parallel fourths and fifths and dissonant harmonic progressions. Rock songs, since the late 1950s and particularly from the mid-1960s onwards, often used the verse-chorus structure derived from blues and folk music, but there has been considerable variation from this model. Critics have stressed the eclecticism and stylistic diversity of rock. Because of its complex history and tendency to borrow from other musical and cultural forms, it has been argued that "it is impossible to bind rock music to a rigidly delineated musical definition."

Everybody, what do you love music genres?

US election: Trump VS Clinton, Who can move voters?

With just days to go until Election Day, presidential hopefuls crisscross US in final attempt to woo voters.

As voting day approaches, presidential candidates are trying to squeeze as many events in as many states as possible [Reuters]

America is a big place. Now I know everyone knows that, but I have been reminded of it again this week as we follow Donald Trump around the country.

It takes a while to get from Detroit to Eau Claire in Michigan. And from there to Orlando in Florida is a pretty long haul. Swing back to North Carolina, across to Pennsylvania, back to North Carolina. A quick check of his schedule and he's set up an event where? Milwaukee? Can we get there from here? He's going to Reno? That will take us out of the loop for two days so that's a no. Look, we need to be in New Hampshire on Monday and definitely in New York on Tuesday. You wake up wondering, what day is it, where am I going? I always count down how many days it is until it's over.

The candidates of course fly in their own planes, whisked through traffic by police escorts, and straight into the venue.

It's a bit harder for members of the media who are leapfrogging him around the country.

US election 2016: Trump campaigns in battleground state

We have security and hire car companies and flight delays to deal with. Then there's finding the right entrance and making sure our names are on the list.

We monitor the Trump speech, checking for new lines, new angles of attack, even new jokes or insults.

As the stage and the media riser is pulled apart and the power is killed, we pull together a report.

Candidates are pulling all the stops, including hiring celebrities for campaigning, as polling day nears [Reuters]
Then at the end of it all, there's the journey back to the hotel, the decision about what is more important, eating or sleeping (sleeping wins) and then setting the alarm for five hours later so we can do it all again.

It's always like this in the final week of a presidential campaign.

The candidates and their campaigns try to squeeze in as much as they can. With the timescale short and the stakes so high, they want to get as many events in as many states as possible, hoping to reach as many undecided voters as they can.

In such an extraordinary and bitter campaign, it is hard to believe that not everyone in America by now has decided how to cast their vote.

An important narrative to win in the last few days is what they call "the big Mo" - who has the momentum in the final days.

Polls tighten

And the Trump campaign can claim that. Things were already tightening before the director of the FBI sent his controversial letter to Congress last Friday.

He informed senior members of important committees that new emails that might impact the investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server may be among a trove found on a computer shared by a top aide, Huma Abedin, and her estranged husband, Anthony Weiner.

That was enough to give the Trump campaign a lift when it looked as though the election was all but over.

It gave him fresh lines of attack, energised his base and made polls even tighter.

There was perhaps a "homecoming" for Republicans. Voters and politicians who said that they could never support Trump now felt he was the least worst choice.

There are still some notable holdouts. Ohio Governor John Kasich did not vote for Trump. And the Republican candidate from four years ago, Mitt Romney, still insists he won't vote for the businessman.

So those are two votes the campaign did not and won't get.

The Trump campaign hopes his last-minute dash will turn the few voters he needs in swing counties in important swing states to win the election.

The polls still give Hillary Clinton the clearest path to 270 electoral college votes – and with it the White House.

Donald Trump's campaign might fail. But by visiting 11 states in the last few days, covering thousands of kilometres, speaking to thousands of voters, it won't be for the lack of trying.

Police officer dies because of being shot Venezuela's protests

More than 20 people injured and many detained in nationwide protests calling for the Venezuelan president's ousting.

A Venezuelan policeman was shot dead and at least 120 people wounded as clashes broke out when hundreds of thousands of opposition protesters took to the streets to protest against the president.

At least 39 people were detained, and at least two other police officers were shot.

The wounded included three people who were shot in the northwestern city of Maracaibo on Wednesday, human rights lawyer Alfredo Romero said on social media, on a day of nationwide protests amid calls for a general strike and a march on the presidential palace in the capital, Caracas.

Enraged by last week's suspension of a push for a referendum to remove President Nicolas Maduro, Venezuela's opposition has ramped up its tactics in recent days.

Opinion: Venezuela's apocalypse and the media war

On Wednesday, opposition leaders called for a 12-hour, nationwide general strike to be held on Friday, as an economic crisis continued to deepen food and medicine shortages.

They vowed to use their legislative majority to issue a declaration holding Maduro to account for his handling of the country.

"We are going to notify Nicolas Maduro that the Venezuelan people declare he has abandoned his post," the speaker of the National Assembly, Henry Ramos Allup, said to cheering protesters in Caracas.

He said his side would deliver that ruling in a march on November 3 to the presidential palace.

Maduro, the 53-year-old successor to Hugo Chavez, accuses the opposition of seeking a coup with support from the US.

"They are desperate. They have received the order from the north to destroy the Venezuelan revolution," he told a counter-march of red-shirted government loyalists.

In return, his opponents also accuse him of a "coup" after authorities last week halted their bid for a referendum on removing him from power.

Economic crisis

Venezuela is home to the world's largest oil reserves but has plunged into economic crisis owing to falling crude prices - leading to ever louder calls for Maduro to go.

Analysts have warned of a risk of violent unrest in the country.

Clashes at anti-government protests in 2014 left 43 people dead.

The opposition's vow to march on the presidential palace next week raised the tone in the power struggle.
The palace was the scene of a short-lived opposition coup attempt in 2002 against Maduro's late predecessor and ally, Hugo Chavez.

The head of the armed forces, Vladimir Padrino, who is also Maduro's defence minister, declared "unconditional loyalty" to the president on Tuesday.

Maduro held a meeting of his National Defense Council on Wednesday.

In televised comments at the gathering, he called for "political dialogue and peace in Venezuela".

The council comprises top officials including the defence and security ministers.

Maduro's term ends in 2019.

On Tuesday, politicians voted to stage a "political and criminal trial" against Maduro.

But the Supreme Court has overruled the National Assembly's decisions ever since the opposition majority took control in January.

Unfinished civil war of the world: The reason world needs more desperately peace

Today, the energy is more widespread in the activities of the peace and time. However, sudden civil war in Syria makes us sad and shocking.

http://www.euronews.com/2016/10/04/fading-hopes-of-peace-in-syria

Peace appears to be ever-further away in Syria with daily offensives pounding residential areas and the US announcement of a suspension of “participation in bilateral channels with Russia.”

Human Rights Watch and US officials claim Moscow, which backs the Syrian regime in the civil war, is using cluster bombs.

Troops backing the Syrian regime have been accused of deliberately targeting hospitals, particularly in rebel-held eastern Aleppo, which has seen an increase in airstrikes in recent days.

The death toll is rising daily and aid workers say supply convoys are not being allowed through.

Spokesman for the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) Jens Laerke spoke of the issues surrounding the blocking of aid.

“This has been a consistent issue for us, for years, that we do not get the approvals, not only for convoys, but other kinds of approvals. We have talked about bureaucratic obstacles and hindrances, which are being put in our way, yes, by the Syrian government,” he said.

“In a situation like this, red tape may cost lives,” he added.

The United Nations office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs says the Syrian government has not yet responded to proposals to send life-saving aid convoys to the worst-affected areas in October.

Really, we wish that civil war disappear and peace not war will arrive on the worldwide
Let we accomplish peace and love so that we can live in a peaceful world.
We can do it!

Peace meaning: peace and love have arrived on earth by 2nd annual commemoration of the warp

Nowadays, non-govermental organization HWPL, IWPG and IPYG are well-known for international peace movements. What does it mean? Private organizations have acted peace and love in many country the world and many world have acknowledged and supported activities of HWPL, IWPG and  IPYG.
We should think about this tendency. Let it think about peace on today below contents.

Article 1: Prohibit the threat or use of force

Article 1 addresses the prohibition of the use of (military) force between states, which is affirmed and further exemplified in the call to respect the territorial integrity of a state. According to Article 2 of the UN Charter, states refrain from the use of force that can degrade the purposes of the UN, maintaining peace and security in our globe.

Still, violence and conflicts for the last decades have raised questions about the applicability of this principle. To further develop and protect the international system of peace designated in the UN Charter, the DPCW reaffirms that aggression should be condemned as an international crime and demands that states are responsible for prohibition of violence promoted by any individuals or organizations.

Article 2: Reduce War Potential and Repurpose Weapons to Benefit Humanity

This is a more fundamental, developed approach from how to resolve conflict and reduce ensuing damage to how to achieve peace before the conflict leads to war. The most practical mechanism of peace and prevention of war potential is an agreement and respect on cessation of war in the international society as a whole.

Refraining from the use of force should not mean elimination of all the human or material resources. Rather, constructive form of disarmament should be based on transformation of the resources to
benefit the community.

Article 4: Prohibit Coercion against Internationally Recognized State Boundaries

Article 4 describes how states can contribute to deterrence of violent actions in the international society and the establishment of an environment of peacebuilding, especially stating possible acts of aggression in the multilateral scope. (“by a state, a group of states, an organization of states or an armed group or by any foreign or external entity”)

It should also be noted that the form of coercion includes not just the use of armed force but other sources of threat including economic and political means. Accordingly, with understanding today’s interdependent world as a global village resulting from diverse human interactions and material exchanges, the article provided a timely, accurate access to peacebuilding in terms of the fact that discreet approaches and decision making by states are required to restrict proliferation of conflicts and settle disputes in peaceful means.

We can make peace and love of this age without gender, languages and frontier.
Peace is not far to us!

HWPL 2nd annual comemoration: peacelaw and peace conference

Nowadays, peace on earth

Why do we need the "peacelaw"?
What do you think of reason we need the "peacelaw"?
Let it know about the "peacelaw".

Purpose of Peace Law

For the Future of an International Peace Law

The quintessence of an international peace law is to support order among societies worldwide and to attain humanity’s fundamental goals: peace, prosperity, human rights, and environmental protection. However, blockages embedded in our daily lives for centuries have held back the effectiveness of an international peace law, scattering its pure intentions. From big international disputes to conflicts that we experience in our day to day lives, situations remain unresolved, in these cases, the role of an international law seems weak. Initiated by an international NGO, however, there is a hopeful spark for the future of an international law, one that will draw a new framework for global peace.

Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War, Stepping Forward to a Law for Humanity

HWPL initiated an International Law for Peace and Cessation of War as a solution to bring about peace to humanity and an instrument to dispose of all means that initiate war and armed conflicts. Representing the collective wish of people from all walks of life - HWPL’s initiative to international law for peace is a powerful and ground-breaking tool which will enable worldwide enjoyment of peace. Gaining global support, united in one voice, women and youth are at the forefront of urging for the presentation and implementation of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War through the Advocacy Committee.

Proclamation Ceremony of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War

In March 2016, HWPL aimed at taking a great leap forward for peace by publicly presenting the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War at the HWPL’s Proclamation Ceremony which was attended by Government representatives of legal affairs, HWPL International Law Peace Committee, HWPL Advisory Council Members&Publicity Ambassadors, and IPYG&IWPG members. The proclamation ceremony served as a platform to not only proclaim the Declaration to the public for the first time but also initiate the development process of the Declaration into an enforceable International Law, thus reaffirming our solidarity in bringing forth a world without wars.
